crashes with andriod 4.1.2 and Motorola Xoom

Currently unable to use any Chrome product on my Motorola Xoom with Android 4.1.2. Motorola has not upgraded this hardware to a newer version of Android software.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Same as issue 641095.

We don't support non-NEON capable devices anymore.  Xoom devices should be blacklisted through the play Store.
