Can you attach a screencast or something (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/screencastify-screen-vide/mmeijimgabbpbgpdklnllpncmdofkcpn is handy here) that shows bad behavior?
I tried to reproduce (using BrowserStack) and could not see anything special.
I am attaching a video! In this video you can see on my Chrome 58 DEV it is not working as expected. On normal chrome and all other versions it is working!

So according to the video, Chrome dev does not work, but Chrome canary does work, right?
Then nothing to worry about, as the fix will reach Chrome dev soon.
Yes! Chrome dev does not work and all other version of chrome i tested is working fine. Thanks :)
Chrome dev on MacOS only! Same version on windows is working fine.

We should for the next Chrome dev version (anything higher than the current canary version) and see if this still reproduces for you.

I cannot reproduce on Chrome Dev for Mac OSX 58.0.3004.3 (Official Build) dev (64-bit). I assume the fix has landed from Canary.

Closing as WontFix, please reopen the bug narayanannampoothiry@ if you can reproduce on 58.0.3004.3 or newer and we will investigate.
