Blue highlight doesn't appear properly for close icon in password bubble.

Chrome Version:58.0.3004.3 (Official Build)Revision 748a9b8eaae6a2a2d9870544166f8adf670b7a80-refs/branch-heads/3004@{#4} (64-bit)
OS:Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and login into https://twitter.com/ with valid credentials.
(2)Click on 'save' button from password bubble.
(3)Again click on password bubble,press tab key and observe blue highlight on close icon.

Actual: Blue highlight doesn't appear properly for close icon in password bubble(i.e colour)

Expected: Blue highlight should be properly displayed for close icon in password bubble.(i.e dark colour)

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M54' series i.e 54.0.2830.0

Note: Issue not seen on Linux and Win OS.

Vasilii, do you think this is caused by the UI framework used by password manager, or is this specific to how password manager creates the bubble?

We use HoverImageButton (derived from NSButton) for this. We don't set any specific color for highlighting.

Mac is moving to Views. Therefore, the Cocoa UI will be gone.
