Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Yahoo NEWS page (TW) 2. move cursor slowly between news subject, but don't click any thing 3. file URL:"https://kyonpu.no-ip.org:5001/fbsharing/np9fdpov" What is the expected behavior?
