Request slave for running WPT Export recipe

Via  bug 689295 , I'm looking to get a bot on which I can run the WPT Export recipe I'm making in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/437763/. It doesn't have to be heavy-duty, it will just be fetching Chromium and communicating with the GitHub API every 10 minutes.
