Issue descriptionRepro 1. Make sure you're logged into Milo via home page. 2. Visit https://luci-milo.appspot.com/auth/openid/login?r=%2Fbuildbot%2Fchromeos%2Fmaster-paladin%2F13528 3. Go through login flow Expected: You should still be logged in Actual: Logged out Worse still, if you still have the oid_session cookie, further attempts to log into Milo will fail.

Actually logging in twice via https://luci-milo.appspot.com/auth/openid/login?r=%2F will get you in the weird stuck state.
