Steps to reproduce the problem:
In a narrow DevTools window, you can view Styles pane and Computed pane at same time.

On a wide DevTools window, Computed pane is moved to a separate tab.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I get the user's point. Some users may come to find it very convenient to be able to use Styles pane and Computed pane at same time. It's frustrating to have this layout in a narrow view, but not be able to use it in a large view.
