Display Bluetooth chosen devices in Page Info

Issue description

The Web Bluetooth UI mocks [1] and  implementation review deck [2] approved by UI review [3] explicitly list chosen Bluetooth devices in Page Info.

However, it seems that Web Bluetooth shipped without these.

Even if Bluetooth pairing is limited to the  lifetime of the page right now, Page Info should disclose all granted permissions.

jyasskin@, could you triage this, or point me to any relevant documents if there was an explicit decision not to implement this?
Assuming this was an accidental oversight, we should aim to get a fix in M57.

Add Page Info section showing Bluetooth devices paired with site.

Do this before persisting device access to permissions (issue 577953).

As seen in Web Bluetooth UI mocks [1] and implementation review deck [2] approved by UI review [3].

Ah, Jeff dug out the email thread where we agreed that it was okay (but not perfect) to ship without chosen items in Page Info as long as 1) permissions do not persist past the page, and 2) we have a tab indicator.

However, both of those are weak (some pages stay open long, and tab indicators are not visible if there are too many tabs), so we should implement this at some point.

Jeff, what's the timeline for persistent web Bluetooth pairings?
And if someone has engineering time, any objections (esp. technical limitations) to doing this in the near future?

We have a rough roadmap at http://go/wb-team-okrs (sorry, non-googlers), which guesses we'll work on persistent pairings in Q2. It'll be based on WebUSB's implementation, which Reilly can point you at. I don't think there are any particular quirks to beware of if someone outside the WebBT team wants to pick it up.
