More specifically to share crash IDs (from the link above): Type chrome://crashes into your address bar and provide us with the crash ID associated with your most recent crash. Note in the above that we're looking for the server ID.

Additionally, if anyone reading this is a developer and can help us, it would be immensely appreciated if you could gather logs using adb logcat to help us debug this crash. You can read more at a high level about using logcat here: https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/logcat.html We need any logs that are generated right after Chrome has displayed a sad tab. If you are able to gather these logs, please DO NOT attach them here, as this bug is public. Instead please just let us know in a comment that you can gather these logs, and someone from our team will get in touch with you to file a private bug where you can share the logs with our team.

In case anyone finds this bug from a historical perspective - we were able to address this issue, the crash was due to some bad code in Chrome that we were able to remotely disable. If anyone is still experiencing crashes on every page load for ZenFone 2's please let us know here and we can review. |
