Request to upgrade a single FYI bot to 10.12 |

Issue descriptionbuild155-m1 https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/Chromium%20Mac%2010.11 We want to upgrade the whole fleet: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=659213. But Infra-Labs is busy and might not be able to get to this right away. Can we get a single bot updated in the very near future? The Mac team is having a fix-it tomorrow [Tuesday], and we'd like to have a bot on 10.12 so that we can test rolling the 10.12 SDK.

Done. Picked up a build here: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/Chromium%20Mac%2010.11/builds/6950 HERMETIC="1" was applied to the bootstrap script, so no system wide Xcode is present after re-image.
