MD Settings: CrOS: Device section should not show icons in main page |

Issue descriptionWe need to eliminate the left side icons for subpage links in the Device section for Chrome OS to be consistent with other Settings sections. Thins should include the battery icon image, even though it is not a subpage (per bettes@).
