Context menu stops working

Reported by max.kat...@oculusvr.com, Feb 6 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any page (even an empty tab will do)
2. Right click rapidly many times on the empty space (1-2 clicks per second)
3. Keep clicking (anywhere between 2 and 20 times in quick succession)
4. As you're clicking, slowly move the mouse cursor away from the context menu that keeps popping up, so that the cursor stays on the empty part of the page (not on top of the menu)

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
After a while the context menu stops working. When this happens, the context menu will not appear anymore in this tab, even if the page is refreshed. The only fix is to close the tab and open a new one

Did this work before? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95 Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.2
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
