CrWinClangLLD tester bot is failing most browser_tests

The logs suggest that this is a startup crash affecting browser_tests.exe. I'll try to repro locally and debug further.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
This got fixed somewhere along the way. We've had long runs of green builds, so if there was a startup crash, it's been fixed.
