This only happens on screens of width at least ~800px. Reproduces with device emulation.

1. Go to http://shop.ford.ca/build/focus
2. Try to scroll using touch.

Instead of scrolling as expected, the page stalls after a few pixels' movement. Looks like missing touch-action:none or unhandled pointercancel.
