What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Chrome -> Developer Tools -> Console
(2) type document.bluetooth
(3) result: "undefined"

What is the expected result?

I was expecting to see a list of properties of the bluetooth object

What happens instead?

It's undefined

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit) on OS X 10.12.1 (Sierra)

You should check for navigator.bluetooth, not document.bluetooth.
