SpellCheckTest.SpellCheckText failing on chromium.win/Win7 Tests (dbg)(1)

Looks like the same problem as:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=678300

This test was run several times but timed out each time.  We have only seen one failure so far so I am not disabling the tests yet, but will do so if we start seeing this more often.

I think it's fair to say that the test isn't quite fast enough yet, or needs to be split up, or there is something else going on. I can look into it. I will put my updates under 678300.
