Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3000.4 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://jarisflvplayer.org/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Acquire a MacBook with Retina display and a secondary (1x) screen, whose logical resolution is larger than the built-in Retina display. (I’m using the 13" MBP at 1280x800 logical + 1080p external display via HDMI) 2. Try to open a Flash video in full screen on the secondary screen. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The video takes up only a quarter of the screen, with the rest being white. Note that it looks good on the Retina screen. Moreover, if I convince the built-in display to run at 1x (via Retina Display Menu), it works fine on both screens. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? Yes Flash! Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 58.0.3000.4 Channel: dev OS Version: OS X 10.12.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 Screenshots: http://imgur.com/a/bDzQ8 (Sadly, Flash still exists on some sites)

Any Flash object with full screen support will do. I know those are rare, but here’s another example: http://flash.flowplayer.org/demos/events/toggle-fullscreen.html

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.2 with Chrome stable version-56.0.2924.87 and Canary-58.0.3027.0 as per Comment#4. Manual Bisect: Good Build—-54.0.2826.0-Revision (411209) Bad Build—- 54.0.2827.0-Revision (411497) Per-Revision-Bisect Tool Info: ----------------------------- You are probably looking for a change made after 411450 (known good), but no later than 411451 (first known bad). CHANGELOG URL: The script might not always return single CL as suspectas some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/590921d35fcece61e518705b432bd61f01a17c4b..8a795f3a48e4e77fabd7b0bb35ee43dac910bb80 Review-Url: https://codereview.chromium.org/2122023002 wjmaclean@Kindly take a look and please help us to reassign this issue to a right owner if not with respect to this change. Thanks.!
