Codesearch doesn't have recent commits

Project Member Reported by petermarshall@chromium.org, Feb 6 2017

Issue description

Codesearch seems to be a few days out of date (at least within v8).

For example, the following page:

https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/v8/test/js-perf-test/SixSpeed.json

Click 'History':

The latest patch that shows on this page is 2db0e8cbcf93bdcbf77d7a7a1e7d461e8d6fce5f

Actually there have been 3 patches since then that should show:

98ca77a0e1cc676ad9bfff663d5fcfe734f9843a
from 3 days ago

a0b7db1b0c5a55681f4adf6962062431ee493723

b69b24a2a247c8316bb214f6f3ef947f3ea302ac

Another example is
https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/v8/src/compiler/js-call-reducer.cc

Which should show: 994d906ec3b3479ba1b9a0ebd23c9efcbea6806f (3 days ago)

but has 9121f72a91a5e5dab6477ddf4806ff849f6714eb as the latest.

All the repos in codesearch are shown at the revision that's specified in the DEPS file. That hadn't been rolled for a couple of days, but was just before you created this bug (https://codereview.chromium.org/2675213003/diff/1/DEPS).
