Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3000.4 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Demonstration: https://youtu.be/q0X5aFfSK8M Tab stuck (can't close tab, can't reopen tab) Don't know how on Windows get backtrace. Could you please check the same on the latest Dev(58.0.3004.3) and confirm if the issue is still seen there as well. Please let us know if this generates any crash id when you 'End process' via Task manager.
