Regression bug - text wrapping causes most text disappear, empty block in middle of text

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. test-case http://output.jsbin.com/zikomasomu/quiet

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Instead of "<                          nja" expected to shown "<https://www.link.com font size=24>i...".

Did this work before? Yes 56.0.2924.87

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Use the flow of the linebox's containing block when placing ellipsis

This was a regression I introduced in crrev.com/2611233002- restore the old
behaviour by referencing the flow of the linebox's containing block rather than
its potentially inline container.
