Regression:'Learn more' text is not appearing proper in chrome://md-settings

OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/clearBrowserData
(2)Observe the 'Learn more' text.(Refer Screenshots)

Expected Result:Learn more text should appear proper.
Actual Result:Instead, misalignment of text is seen.

Manual Bisect Info:
Good Build:57.0.2980.0
Bad Build :57.0.2981.0

This is a Regression issue broken in M-57.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good build: 57.0.2980.0  (Revision: 443474).
Bad build: 57.0.2981.0  (Revision: 443771).

You are probably looking for a change made after 443483 (known good), but no later than 443484 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
