Components: -Internals>Network UI>Settings
I don't think this should have Internals>Network label, adding UI>Settings.

I don't see any reason why this would be a release blocker, it is a minor aesthetic change.

This UI change is caused by the harmony work in crbug.com/680381 . We have new designs for these wifi config dialogs, and while implementing the new material design dialogs, the old design was also affected.

I don't know how bad this issue is, does the old dialog have to be kept exactly the same way until we enable/ship the new md dialog?
This seems fine to me, you can resolve this WontFix as far as I am concerned.
