Gagal masuk accond samsung

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Restar
2. Mengembalikan setelan pabrik
3. Aplikasi apa yg cocok

What is the expected behavior?
Bantuan menyelesaikan agar hp saya bs ke setelan pabrik

What went wrong?
Ngak bs masuk menu

Did this work before? N/A

Looks like you are not able to sign in to account on Samsung device. Can you provide below details for further triaging?

1. Device Name and Model
2. OS version
3. Screenshot or video of the error
