missing upload progress indicator

Reported by videobr...@gmail.com, Feb 4 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/55.0.2883.87 Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Upload a big file to some place
2. Try to find ANY indicator about the upload progress

What is the expected behavior?
There should be something similar to chrome://downloads/ - I was expecting to find the same gui on chrome://uploads/ - but it does not exist. I could not find any other place in the browser gui that gives me ANY information about thte upload progress.

What went wrong?
The developers never have thought about the idea that the user needs to see not only download progress but also upload progress - I do not understand how that could happen, but it shows that it is not a code problem, but a design problem.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: n/a
OS Version:
Flash Version: no flash

If you are a developer you can always ask yourself, if the inversion of what you just did does exist and would make sense as a feature - that is a good general method to find missing features. in this soecial case the inversion of "download indicator" would be "upload indicator" - with this method you would have seen that there is a missing feature.
