Settings app should have colored header (#polish)

OS Version: 9202.12.0

The Material Design window caption (the header with the close, maximize, and minimize) should be a hue of blue and not grey. See the Files app in ChromeOS which does this right.

In ToT I see the MD settings app (invoked from a gear icon in system tray) already has a dark blue header (same color as the Files.app). Is this resolved already?
Adding some people who would know if this can be closed.
