Rename linux_chromium_component_updater bot to linux_chromium_component_mapping_updater

There is something unrelated already named 'component updater'

We want to make sure that the bot's name reflects the fact that it updates the file containing the mapping of components to dirs and teams to components.

Status: Assigned (was: Untriaged)
Moved to Predator as it uses that mapping while Findit hasn't yet.

If this is done or not needed anymore, please close the bug.
