MD Settings 'Change input options' to add a keyboard layout not working

I was trying to add a new keyboard layout, but when I clicked the 'Change input options' button, nothing happened.

Thanks for the feedback! Could you please share your version info from chrome://version?

By "Change input options" do you mean the "Change language and input settings" button in Keyboard settings? Also, had you searched for anything in Settings before you clicked the button?
