"Explanation" link to network request times points to deprecated page

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.19 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on a network request
2. Click on the Explanation link at the bottom

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Notice the deprecation notices on the page https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/network-performance/resource-loading#view-network-timing-details-for-a-specific-resource
