Steps to reproduce the problem:
0. Add other language keyboard in setting
1. Open Google play
2. Search any 18+ app
3. "Verify your age" window is opened
4. Place cursor in "name"
5. Press "Ctrl" + "Space" to change keyboard

What is the expected behavior?
Keyboard language window is displayed in proper place (under the text filed)

What went wrong?
message windows is displayed in wrong place

This problem is occurred in android app.

Also you can check this problem in "add account menu" of google maps
