Yubikey doesn't work for accessing google account

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Sign in a google account
2. Try using as 2nd factor a yubikey nano
3. Auth doesnt happens

What is the expected behavior?
The user should be authenticated

What went wrong?
The device works perfectly, is recognized by system (dmesg messages) and appears to be recognized by brwowser, but does nothing.

Internally, all Chrome developers use these keys for authentication to Google accounts, so there's likely something specific to the affected PC.

Tested in chrome # 56.0.2924.87 Dev #58.0.3000.4 and canary 58.0.3003.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen cast for your reference.

Steps Followed:
1.Create gmail account and register the yubikey in settings.
2.Re-Login to gmail account.
3.security key authentication working fine.

@xabierbayon:Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, please check in different system / check in latest version of chrome let us know the observation of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
