Add corpus details to index pack zips

Project Member Reported by emso@chromium.org, Feb 3 2017

Issue description

The current index pack zip files are marked with the configuration used but not the corpus, assuming chromium for all. We should add the corpus as a prefix. Ideally, we should use a 'corpus-config-rev' scheme.

We had this in place but recently reverted in order to allow for simple merging of Linux and ChromeOS Xrefs with Kythe.
