[WebView][M55][Android7.0] Arabic language - Composing doesn't work properly when inserting characters next to emoticons

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open an editor implemented by WebView
2. Input emoticons
3. Input several characters next to emoticons

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Composing doesn't work properly

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 7.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Seiyon, I'm unable to open any of those zip files.

 1. Can you please provide a video showing what you mean?
 2. Could you also provide a test application with the editor, or give an example application/URL?
 3. Does this really require Arch-x86_64, or should we remove that label?

I just tried this out. I indeed see some issues on WebView m55, but these appear to be fixed on M58. Could you try again on the latest WebView?

I'll get back to you once I find out same issue on M58.

Same thing as other bug, adding needs-feedback label until we get confirmation on 58. Feel free to just close this if you find it working on 58.
