Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open an editor implemented by WebView 2. Copy and Paste the following string وُقُلـتْ استَغفِروُا رَبكَمّ إنَهُ كــانّ غَفاراّ يرسِلّ السَمَـــاءَ عَلِيّكُم مِدرارآ ويمَّدِدكم بأمَوال وبنين و يجعل لكم جنات ويجعل لكم أنهار 3. Locate cursor next to the first character 4. Insert one blank by pressing space button 5. Input a character 6. Add a harakat -> The added harakat is not reflected to edit field. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Harakat is not reflected to edit field. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Could you please retest on the latest WebView (M58)? We've had some improvements to IME since then, and I don't have a good setup to copy-paste or type that text above.
