There are no way to print background images in print preview (android tablet)

Issue description

Example URL:
http://www.google.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome browser in android tablet (galaxy tab s2)
2. Access google com
3. Share... -> Print

What is the expected behavior?
We can see background image or can select option like desktop version (Background graphics).

What went wrong?
In android, print background option is default off.
Different from desktop version, there are no way to turn on the option in android.

So in android tablet, there are no way to print background images in print preview even google main page logo like attachment.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

actually chrome on Android does not have headers and footers option too. I am not sure where to add these settings if we want to add this feature. The most reasonable seems like "settings" but this would be different from desktop.

We are using Android framework to do printing UX/UI and we have no control on it, so unless framework is going to support such feature in future (which is less likely since this feature is very specific for Chrome) or framework is going to allow us to configure settings options or we decide to completely replace this UI/UX by our own, this won't be supported.

I'll keep this to background so when we do planning we could consider it.
