Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: This is an issue in this bugtracker, not in Chrome. I don't think this happens systematically. Here is what I did: 1. I went to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list and clicked "New Issue" 2. I filled this very form I'm filling now (see screenshot) 3. I submitted it What is the expected behavior? Either there is a captcha in the page (which was NOT the case), or there isn't. If there's a captcha then it is expected that I get an error if I don't enter the correct code. If there's not a captcha then the bug should be submitted immediately when hitting "Submit". Or, if for whatever reason you want to challenge me with a captcha and/or an "I am not a robot" test AFTER submitting the form, then fine, but don't tell me "captcha failed" when there has never been a captcha in the first place What went wrong? After submitting the form I got a nonsense page that said something like "captcha [something] failed" and showed the "I am not a robot" checkbox, as if I had failed to enter a captcha that didn't exist. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.76 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 pathetic nonsense
