Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2987.0 OS: CrOS fail to load multi-DRM video on chromebook LINK. it NOT repro on clearkey videos on the same machine. This also NOT repro on other devices. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) navigate to shaka-player-demo.appspot.com (2) load Opps multi-DRM What is the expected result? video is loaded, able to play What happens instead? video is not loaded because of shaka.util.Error "Shaka Error NETWORK.HTTP_ERROR"

Can this be reproduced on desktop, or only on a Chromebook? Can this be reproduced with other multi-DRM videos? (see Axinom in the list) Can this be reproduces with other browsers, such as Firefox? Is there any useful information in the JavaScript console? In the network tab, perhaps any failed requests? Also, can you please file Shaka Player bugs on Shaka Player's own issue tracker? I do not pay close attention to Chromium's issue tracker, and this is not a normal place for my team to handle Shaka Player bugs. If this is an actual Chromium bug, then I would not be the correct person to assign it to anyway, since I do not work on Chromium. joey, sorry for describe it not accurately. The root cause of this issue is that DRM license request failed in playing this specific video. This issue happen on all OS starting 2/2. There is no problem in playing the other DRM videos on shaka player demo site. Can you fix it? I have opened a bug in github. https://github.com/google/shaka-player/issues/682 |
