When I have an external monitor plugged in to my Chromebook, and I'm logged in to multiple users (i.e. I can fast switch between them), it would be even better if I could choose a different user on each of my monitors.

An additional feature request would then be dragging windows between the users (a faster way of using the 'Move window to' functionality today).
