Able to reproduce the issue on Mac-10.12.2 using canary 58.0.3000.0
Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results

Robert Phillips@ Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner.

Thanks..

This is being caused by:

https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/5941/ (Replaced all calls to fragmentPosition() with sk_FragCoord)

so should be fixed when the following CL rolls into Chrome:

https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/7887/ (Revert "Replaced all calls to fragmentPosition() with sk_FragCoord")

Note that there seems to be another issue here too. Even before the patch in question, clicking on the 'Why do I need to provide my date of birth?' button multiple times would lead to a darkening of the shadow. This may be something with the page's code however.
