This is being caused by: https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/5941/ (Replaced all calls to fragmentPosition() with sk_FragCoord) so should be fixed when the following CL rolls into Chrome: https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/7887/ (Revert "Replaced all calls to fragmentPosition() with sk_FragCoord") Note that there seems to be another issue here too. Even before the patch in question, clicking on the 'Why do I need to provide my date of birth?' button multiple times would lead to a darkening of the shadow. This may be something with the page's code however.
