What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings
(2)Long tap /touch on "Themes",navigate to NTP.(Kindly refer the video)
(3)Again navigate to chrome://md-settings page and observe "Themes"

Actually:Unnecessary grey focus stays on "Themes"

Expected:No such unnecessary grey focus should stay on "Themes"

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-49(49.0.2565.0)
