Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3000.0 Revision ed1f2fac6209f8d2e0db3f7dcff38d1e69f5db26-refs/heads/master@{#447669} OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to https://www.ets.org/Media/Tests/TOEFL/pdf/SampleQuestions.pdf (2) Click on Bookmarks icon, then click on arrow icon of overlay multiple times and observe. Actual: Unwanted blink of up/down arrow of scrollbar is seen. Expected: No such blink of up/down arrow of scrollbar is seen. This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M-50'

I think that was tsergeant. Is this a bug in the Polymer element? BTW, I couldn't reproduce this on Chrome 56 + Linux.

Hmmm. I'm able to reproduce, but it requires clicking pretty rapidly. I have no idea why this is happening, but I think it can be fixed by setting `overflow: hidden` on #item: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/browser/resources/pdf/elements/viewer-bookmark/viewer-bookmark.css?type=cs&l=12

I think that this has been fixed -- I can't reproduce anymore. Please reopen if the issue still exists. |
