What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user -> Now at the Shelf click on Icon (ex: Gmail)and observe its ripple effect (Please refer video and screenshot)

Expected: Ripple effect of Icons should be seen within the shelf
Actual: Instead Ripple effect of Icons is seen outside of the shelf

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 55.0.2883.105/8872.76.0 Stable-channel Daisy
