Blue focus is seen on slider in Emulation Mode.

Chrome: 58.0.3000.0 (Official Build) ed1f2fac6209f8d2e0db3f7dcff38d1e69f5db26-refs/heads/master@{#447669} (64-bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10) Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome, go to chrome://md-settings, open DEV tools, go to Emulation Mode.
2. Enable slider for Show home button and observe.

Actual Result: Blue focus is seen on slider
Expected Result: Blue focus should not be seen.

This is NR issue seen from M57
