Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Re captcha, Select ‘Get an audio challenge’ icon
2. Play and input the values, input one wrong value in middle of played audio code
3. Re captcha is accepting the wrong input (this is happening on every third attempt)

What is the expected behavior?
Re captcha should display the error message and should not accept the wrong input

Actually we found this on our application while testing the re capthca which was configured from google.
