DevTools > Decorate link rel=preload requests with a visual icon

Project Member Reported by addyo@chromium.org, Feb 2 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 55.0.2883.95
OS Version: OS X 10.12.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to the DevTools Network panel
2. Load up a page that uses link rel=preload
3. Notice that preloaded resources are not clearly marked in the Network panel in the same way resources loaded from Service Worker are with a visual cog icon.

What is the expected result?
Resources that are preloaded get a visual decoration/icon so they are clearly distinguishable from other types of network loads.

What happens instead of that?
No visual icons are used for preloaded network requests.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This treatment could be extended to:
1. Performance panel (Network waterfall there)
2. link rel=prefetch requests too
