Unable to run the per-revision bisect due to uninstall chrome from control panel screen.So providing the manual bisect using below revisions:
Good build: 58.0.2999.0(Revision : 447413) 
Bad build: 58.0.3000.0 (Revision : 447669)

I don't see how that change can have caused this, as it renamed constants.  Did you actually bisect down to just this one commit or did you pick a likely-looking commit out of a range?

Please re-bisect.

As mentioned in comment #1, unable to run the per revision bisect due to issue is related to Uninstall Dialog box.So providing the manual bisect.
