estade, would you be interested in picking up some system tray code health bugs?

Hi, I think this would be a good starter bug, in part because of the p3 "not time critical" nature of it. As any change has a chance to break something, I would just as soon leave the code alone until and unless we have some greater motive to change it (i.e. it helps someone learn the codebase, it simplifies some other desired updates, etc.).

Bulk-assigning unassigned status area bugs to me.
