Steps To Reproduce:
a) Install an Android note-taking app (e.g. Google Keep) via ARC++ 
b) Go to the stylus settings page.
c) Check for the Android app in the drop down to select

Expected Result: Note-take app menu listed 

Actual Result:There is no option as such in the md-stylus setting page

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
