Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to http://www.oaa-accessibility.org/example/23 in Google Chrome 2. Start up Windows Narrator 3. Click the start log button What is the expected behavior? Windows Narrator will read off the added fields. What went wrong? Nothing is read out to the user. The events captured from AccEvent show that values are not set properly. Chrome: UIA:AutomationEvent [LiveRegionChanged] Sender: Name:"", ClassName:[Not supported], ItemType:[Not supported], ItemStatus:[Not supported], ValueValue:[Not supported], IsLegacyIAccessiblePatternAvailable:true, AriaRole:[Not supported], AriaProperties:[Not supported], LiveSetting:[Not supported] Edge: UIA:AutomationEvent [LiveRegionChanged] Sender: Name:"", ClassName:"", ItemType:"", ItemStatus:[Not supported], ValueValue:[Not supported], IsLegacyIAccessiblePatternAvailable:true, AriaRole:[Not supported], AriaProperties:"live=polite;", LiveSetting:Polite (1) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.76 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 Narrator needs the atomic value to be true and relevant=additions to properly read log updates.

This is specific to UI Automation and Narrator. Live regions are supported properly in other APIs currently. This should probably be bubbled up as part of a larger effort to fully support UI Automation.
