"specifying" misspelled twice in AFE source code

Issue description

In the autotest sources:
$ find frontend -name '*.java' | xargs grep specifing
frontend/client/src/autotest/afe/HostSelectorDisplay.java:        tabPanel.add(hostnamePanel, "By specifing hostnames");
frontend/client/src/autotest/afe/HostSelectorDisplay.java:        tabPanel.add(labelPanel, "By specifing host labels");

This misspelling shows up as tab names on the "Create Job"
page of the AFE web UI.
