All alerts gone on chromium.perf |

Issue descriptionI was working my way through 150 alerts when they all suddenly disappeared. Either this is my lucky day, or there's something wrong. https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/chromium.perf

This is a known issue with no real quick fix. There are changes in the pipeline to fix this, but it's not that easy of a fix sadly. The root problem is the JSON file describing the state of the perf master is too large, and is hitting app engine size limits.
